Sometimes you're on top of the day, crushing your goals and on top of the world. Sometimes, not so as much. We get it - it happens to everyone. When you feel yourself in a slump and want to get back on track, try this simple Banana Matcha Smoothie recipe inspired by Love & Lemons. Made with your favorite MTHR mushroom latte, this smoothie will get you back on your feet and kicking butt in no time!


  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 can of MTHR Matcha Latte
  • A few handfuls of ice
  • Honey, agave, or sweetener of choice (optional)
  1. This is a simple one. First, take the bananas (no skin), ice, and your favorite MTHR Latte and add everything into a blender.
  2. Blend everything together for 20- 30 seconds and give it a taste test. 
  3. Add some sweetener after your initial blend. Add sweetener lightly - remember, you can always add more sweetener, but you can't remove once it's added! 
  4. Enjoy!
